Ultraworld: Ford will add a 6 speed if it goes 5.0 for fuel efficiency. So a deep 1st gear with a .343 gear will make it fast to 60. A deep 6th gear will give good highway mileage. $48k is a lot of money for a car with the same output as a $35k Camaro SS. Add a bigger front sway bar. A set of springs, and you have similar handling. for $2500, you can get 500HP from the chevy. If I had to have a Mustang with big power, I would opt for the GT-500.
