I'd go for a TDI. That's the most effective way to spend my money. They are fuel efficient and have very low emissions. I'm still trying to figure out why European diesels get much better emission and mileage than we do in the US of A. Since I only have to drive a few miles at a time, an electric would be good but I love driving and would like to go out there and burn off the tires for fun....
